hillsborough county... and we begin with breaking news out of hillsborough county. right now police on the scene of a possible homicide in plant city. family members found 26 year- old reginald brown dead in his home. it appears he's been shot. police are trying to figure without what led up to his death. our top story. an apartment story that caters to the elderly and disabled filled up with flames and one person dead.

that massive storm that dumped several feet of snow and skilled 25 people on the -- killed 25 people on the mid atlantic. it's gone but it could be days before life is back to normal here. they're digging out and dealing with some flooding in some areas too. an important travel alert for you. the winter storm has left thousands of travelers strained at airports across the country. tampa internal airport no exception. mark shows you how so many families are working to get home. >> service has resumed to new york, baltimore, and elsewhere, dozens of canceled and delay flights here at the airport. a lot of red on that board. one of those flights canceled was gonna take alexis and her family from their tampa cruise back to new york. >> i want to go home and so does my family. we have nowhere to go. we don't have a flight or hotel.
