rain. it snarled plans for thousands of cruise ship passengers. the carnival paradise was supposed to arrive back at port tampa bay thursday morning . and head back out to sea thursday afternoon. the ship was finally able to clear the skyway around 7-30 thursday evening. it made it's way back to the port around 9:30, with weary passengers on board. 10news reporter courtney robinson is live at port tampa bay with more on what happens next. -- what was supposed to be a 4-day cruise to belize and
