a dangerous trend for teen drivers. it's called "fancy driving," but most of you probably know it as "doing doughnuts." teens aren't doing them in an empty parking lot or a field anymore, they've moved to busy roads. 10 news reporter jonathan petramala shows you how social media helped catch one group of teens in pinellas park. nothing wrong with going out for a spin. just not like this a snapchat video caught a car full of teens doing doughnuts on 66th street somehow the kids kept the car in control, and no other cars collided with them but they didn't have a clean getaway pinellas park police shared the video on their facebook page, and tips from there led them to the teens which law enforcement hopes is enough to put the brakes on more stunts like this in pinellas park, jonathan petramala, 10 news wtsp.

of the san bernardino shooters. federal prosecutors say they can't access syed farook's phone because they don't know his passcode. apple will have to supply specialized software to the f-b-i to stop an encryption feature that erases data after too many unlock attempts. the hillsborough school district is tweaking its proposal on school boundary changes to re-assign students from "stowers elementary" to three other schools. now a portion of that plan will be put on hold until next year. students that would have been moved to "boyette springs" will stay at stowers. the boundary change was originally proposed to balance out school enrollment in a rapidly growing area. the plan still needs board approval. hillsborough officials "touting 10 investigates' work" as they make plans to expand consumer protections from tow trucks. investigative reporter noah pransky broke the story last week-- of "controversial

bars and restaurants. and he's back this morning-- with what's coming next. hillsborough's public transportation commission took another step forward this morning in expanding a tampa ordinance to the rest of the county.... and adding some teeth to the law to penalize tow companies that violate it. we showed how tampa had a law on the books that prohibits tow trucks from patrolling bar and restaurant parking lots overnight. that way, intoxicated drivers have one more incentive to find alternative rides home. sot the importance of keeping dangerous drivers off the road was magnified yesterday morning, when a tow truck driver was struck and killed on the side of the howard frankland bridge. but the conversation was not without criticisms. the attorney for one of the tow companies mentioned in our report dug his heels in.

walked inside this polk county restaurant. 2:12 i really felt like i wanted to get up and leave. but my husband convinced me let's just stay. the food is ordered. but it wasn't until after the meal. when her husband first spotted what she describes as filthy conditions. 2:31 he walked past the kitchen. and he stopped in his tracks. and just stood there and looked. and i got up and followed him and when i looked in that kitchen it was just a horrendous mess. at first unsure who to call. teena turned to the internet. 5:29:06 i just searched florida food inspections. up popped the florida department of business and professional regulation website. where teena navigated to where consumers could file a complaint. 4:35 i kept saying gosh i hope we don't get sick. i hope we don't get food poisoning. and that's when i made the decision i'm going to go on the proper website. and at least file a complaint to make sure this can get looked into. less than a week later. a state health inspector showed up. finding
