izzie, what's the latest? >> reporter: you can see tampa the site. you can see what's left of the plane there and there are several orange cones stat scattered throughout that mark pieces of planet. we were able to capture these continuer. tpd says the twin engine cessna 340 with 2 people onboard crashed around 11:30 this morning. both the pilot and passenger died. tampa fire were informing the possibility of a second plane involved in this crash. the faa says they're investigating a crash of this one plane.

like the crash crash caused a sonic boom. another couple who heard the loud bang described what they spaup. >> when i came would be the there was a big ball of flame on the ground. the plane had crashed. the flame and the smoke for were unbelievable. >> it's all part of the investigation. >> reporter: the ntsb will release a preliminary report in the next 3 to 10 days. but figuring out what exactly caused this plane to gown will told. the identity of the pilot and passenger were not released. tpkd is waiting to notify the next of kin. the fate of hulk hogan's and gawker's sex i tape trial is up to a jury. it's been 5 hours since the jury started deliberating.

courthouse. any decision yet? >> reporter: there isn't. they've been deliberating since 1:00 this afternoon after a long 2 weeks of testimony. during closing argument, each side had 90 minutes to explain their case. hogan's attorneys arguing that hulk hogan never wanted anything to do with this sex tape me didn't know it was made and definitely didn't want it posted. but gawker's attorney said they're standing by their defense that they have since their first amendment right because of how much hulk hogan spoke publicly about his sex newsworthy. >> what's disturbing about gawker subject isn't what they do in a vacuum. it's ow howe prad proud they are of it. it can't be the law of our land that every time a website tweet tweets out a photo of kim facebook that ms. kardashian
