a 71-year-old man is behind bars -- after the polk county sheriff say he's the one responsible for killing a 33-year-old woman-- and hurting a deputy over the weekend. the sheriff tells 10 news reporter jennifer titus he's one hundred percent sure-- charles lewis is guilty. but that can often

margin she had a couple weeks ago. this new poll is "similar" to where the race was - at the beginning of october. clinton and trump criss- crossed the "must win" states of north carolina and florida thursday. trump spent time trying to coax voters in jacksonville and selma, north carolina. clinton appealed to voters in winterville and raleigh, north carolina. attacks from both candidates continued. clinton associated trump with white supremacists...and trump claimed clinton is unfit to serve. it's been a mystery for five years. what happened to a missing west virginia toddler? the case may have been cracked open right here in the bay area - with the arrest of the little girl's mom in st. pete. 3-year old aliayah lunsford vanished from her home in 2011. the sheriff in lewis county, west virginia tells 10news - her mom has always been a person of interest. 10news reporter kendra conlon discovers how mother lena lunsford is now the prime suspect - charged with her daughter's death.

neighbors in weston, west virginia haven't stopped searching... wondering what happened to little aliayah lunsford. now, it appears her mom, lena... has been living here in st. pete with the secret of her daughter's death. lunsford had told investigators she saw her 3-year old sleeping in bed - the morning of september 24th, 2011... when she went to she'd vanished. but her mom didn't report aliayah's disappearance - for 2 and a half hours. she claimed she'd been out looking for her daughter. right now... there are still so many unanswered questions... what led investigators to lunsford here in st. pete. she's charged with her daughter's death - but the sheriff isn't confirming if or where aliayah's body's been found. it's upsetting to neighbors. since aliyahia's
