important. 9:37-52 and that's going to be the big question moving forward. no matter who you supported for president whether you're a democrat or republican or independent. can we all just come together to work in support of making a better country. in downtown tampa, beau zimmer, 10news wtsp. there's a push for the man who helped pass "medical marijuana"-- to be florida's next leader. right now-- there's an online petition-- calling for support for the "outspoken, prominent attorney"-- and big- democratic fundraiser-- john morgan to run for governor in 2018. there's been speculation about other candidates-- including tampa mayor bob buckhorn-- panhandle representative gwen graham-- and putnam. governor rick scott can't run for re-election-- because of the 8- year term limit. a new development in the case made famous by the documentary "making a murderer". a judge has ordered once- convicted killer brendan dassey to be released from prison. that judge overturned the 27 year old's conviction this summer.. and now says he can go free - under supervision - waiting for further court developments. his attorney hopes dassey will be home by thanksgiving. but the state attorney general plans to file an emergency motion - to put the order on

diabetes day, and a plant city high school junior's attempt to raise awareness about type one diabetes ended up getting her in trouble. 10 news reporter jonathan petramala shares her message with you. it's a tedious routine emily conrad has had since she was six. pricking her finger eight to 12 times a day to test her insulin levels so many misconceptions about a disease where the body does not produce insulin that allows the body to break down sugars and starches you eat emily started her own club, the "dead pancreas society" to raise money and awareness about the disease and what it entails. emily's mom mary graminski designed these t-shirts last year for the club to wear on a type one diabetes walk. since it was world diabetes day, with it's own google
