we are just learning that another child has died from monday's school bus crash in chattanooga, tenneesee. that means six students were killed. four are still fighting for the lives. we are also learning new information about the driver. while alcohol and drugs have been ruled out, possible factors, like excessive speed. the n-t-s-b also wants to know why 24-year-old johnthony walker wasn't driving on a designated bus route. while he has no previous criminal history, records show walker was in a minor accident while driving a school bus two months ago. he remains in jail on charges of vehicular manslaughter. new information this morning about the florida state student accused of murding a couple and chewing on the dead man's face. according to f-b-i tests -- 19-year-old austin harrouff had no detectable

alcohol and trace amounts of marijuana. his attorney says harouff is mentally ill. he has pleded not guilty to first- degree murder and other charges. distracted driving is being blamed for more accidents and deaths than ever before. now the national highway traffic safety administration is asking cell phone makers to develop ways to block people from using their phones while driving. 10 news reporter jonathan petramala drove around to find out if people are ready to let go of their phones. there's a perception about florida drivers. would you believe according to data, florida drove to a 28th place finish for worst drivers. mostly drivers blame this distracting device. which is why the
