gadhafi. in another big story this morning global stock markets bouncing back wall street sored late in the afternoon after a promise by ben bernanke to keep interest rates low for two years. the dow closed up more than 429 points, nasdaq rose over 124 and s -- 24 and s&p 500 closed up 53 asian markets continue to rebound the nikkei closed up 94 points, hang seng index added more than 450 points australia's asx 200 up more than 106 points. wall street may be back at least in a way but can it last. >> good question after yesterday's big rally congress turns its attention to the next big battle fixing the economy. doug luzader with more. a big rebound but the markets want to see some indications congress can begin chipping away at our enormous national debt. >> sure the numbers yesterday
