him to resign for not doing more when he first learned of the abuse allegations he did report it to university officials but not police. a ninth man has come forward claiming he was also abused by gerry sandusky years ago the man contacted police after seeing media accounts of his arrest. the man in his 20s knew him from the second mile charity he founded, as the scandal grows, paterno addressed reporter outside his home. >> the university has not contacted us i can't speak to with a is being discussed elsewhere but at this point in time there is no discussions with the coach about retiring, no discussions about stepping down as far as he is concerned he will coach the team on saturday. >> for the foreseeable future. >> yes. >> there is a separate investigation being launched by the board of trustees, at penn

next shoe to drop as a former anonymous accuser has come forward publicly. herman cain did hit best to beat back the accusations. >> i have never acted inappropriately, with anyone, period. i don't even know who this woman is. >> reporter: that woman is sharon bialik who said she approached herman cain for a job in 1997 he groped her in a car but another woman has come forward she was one of three anonymous accusers, seen here back in 2000 when she was a spoke ins washington post and new york times say she wants to come forward with other cain accusers including bialik who already offered numerous interviews >> i know the truth he is not telling it. >> reporter: as for cain the problems keep mounting. >> he tried to put an issue to

look at the dover military mortuary. workers there lost portions of u.s. troops killed in afghanistan. investigation revealed it happened twice in 2009, the airforce inspector general concluded the mortuary's leadership failed to respond in weakness in accounting for human remains, no laws were violated. but an independent investigation argues laws were violated saying quote in these instances the report demonstrates a pattern of the airforces failure to acknowledge culp billty for wrong doing. relating to treatment of service members and their families. senior officials have been disciplined for gross mismanagement, two still work at dover. a special panel was ordered to review operations at dover they don't expect any foul play or criminal intent. >> more losses, mortgage giant fannie mae they are asking the

for the victims. >> say a prayer for them, tough life when people do certain things to you. sandusky spent three decades on penn state staff before retiring in 1999, it is alleged he abused at least 8 boys whom he met through his charity foundation for at risk kids with the most recent incident happening two weeks ago. one former penn state player, says he never saw anything suspicious, during his time at the school. >> i was up there five years never heard of anything, just coach sandusky was a great coach and great guy that is all i knew him as. state board of trustees will create a special committee to conduct an investigation into this scandal the role of that committee will make sure those responsible are dealt with accordingly and take steps prevent other such future occurrences. back to you. >> thank you republican presidential candidate herman

confirms result, republicans did in fact win control of the state senate by the narrowest possible margin. they basically are ahead by 86 seats out of 45,000 voters passed in a district and that should give them 20 seats, in the state senate, and there are 40 all together it will be exactly even, 20/20 but the republican poll tie breakers said because lieutenant governor bill bowling is a the tie. >> we will see a recount,. at least one for sure in the district around there and might be another one down in south side around danville where the republicans picked up the others less than a thousand. >> house of degaits, under more control, of -- delegates under more control of the

republicans. >> northern virginia, really democrats did pretty well, all the democratic incumbents held on to their seats republicans hope to pick up one -- at least one or two seats in northern virginia, they didn't get those, a seat that was designed you know in the redistricting to be republican, did go republican very conservative, dick black won in the district, western louden and prince william county. >> as far as that northern virginia of course people who live here in the out skirts of washington dc northern virginia, will they see any changes now because of the make up in richmond. >> yes i think so the whole state will see changes assuming that you know it all holds up the way it looks, the republicans will barely control the reorganization of the senate, which means they will have committee chairs, that they didn't have before, and a

lot of those committee chairs have been northern virginia democrats the region, washington region, is going to lose influence in the state senate and i think more importantly, you know a lot of bills, pretty conservative legislations that came over from the house, will now get a full hearing in the senate and will go to the floor and so, more conservative legislation will come out of the legislature, it is still 20/20 not as big a win for republicans as they and many of us including me expected. >> maybe just enough though. >> looks like it is just enough. >> to hold the majority. >> to get control working control if not out right majority in senate. >> real quickly so many local races, i don't want to discount any but you wrote a column about -- we talked about this last week fairfax county school board there had been a lot of talk about this reform movement
