details may not be suitable for children you may want to take them out of the room at this time. stacy cohen has been following this story with all the new developments throughout the course of the morning. >> reporter: this has been a disturbing story all along and now jerry sandusky will face his accusers in a pennsylvania courtroom tomorrow morning five of his alleged victims are expected to testify. also on the stand, former assistant coach mike mcquery but his story may be changing he told the grand jury in 2002 he saw a young boy being sexually assaulted by jerry sandusky in a penn state locker room shower but in the patriot news they are reporting a different version of the story, the newspaper quotes a source who says mcquery came home after the incident telling his father and a family friend he heard sex sounds saw a young boy peek around a shower followed by a male arm grabbing the boy and pulling him back

out of view moments later he said he saw sandusky leaving in a towel the friend said he asked mcquery any times if he had seen anything sexual mcquery responded no each time because of that response the source says a family friend and his father told him to contact joe paterno, and not the police. paterno you will remember lost his job as head coach of the football team last month in the fall out from this scandal, and sandusky is expected to be in court, at 8:30 a.m. tomorrow, we are going to have paul wagner there, he will be reporting not only on fox 5 news but on myfoxdc.com to keep you posted on what happens in the courtroom, sure to be more twists and turns as the story develops alison, tony. >> thank you. in other news virginia tech police officer killed on campus last week will be laid to rest today, the funeral for officer kraus begins 2:00 p.m.

university's coliseum the burial service will follow officer kraus was gunned down by 22-year-old ross ashley, the shooting lead to a 4 hour lock down on campus last week and in an interview his family talked about what a great person he was. >> he was an amazing father to his son dustin and his son just completely idolized him and he was a very good father -- step father to the other boys in the family. >> really it hasn't set in yet, you know, to see his picture ontv you feel so proud of him and everything he accomplished. >> kraus leaves behind his wife tina, 16-year-old son dustin and four step sons. the family of suspected gunman ross ashley released a statement for the first time since the shooting the family offered condolences and prayers to the kraus family and requested that their privacy be respected and said they would not issue any more statements

police still don't have a motive for the shooting. following a big story out of the philippines this morning where a teenager from lynchburg virginia was kidnapped five months ago by suspected islamic militants. >> over the weekend that 14- year-old managed to escape like a scene out of the movies, marry ann rafferty talked to the seen's father. >> i can tell you a lot of -- teen's father. >> i can tell you a lot of things he is a hear row. >> reporter: the 14-year-old has quite a story to tell. >> it wasn't easy for me it was a tough time, tough five months. >> reporter: on july 12th, he and his mother and cousin were vacationing with relatives in the philippines when they were kidnapped the captors were holding family members for ransom the boy's mother was freed in october the cousin the following month. the teen tricked his captors by telling them he was going to

forecast definitely into winter that is what it is all about for december let's check with annie yu who has some special guests annie. >> thank you gwen. this week on our monday pets, we've got some fox hounds in studio along with great friends, big bruno and sherry marquee from pet connect rescue these guys were very jumpy and active before now they are kind of subdued they know what times the, time to get a forever home introduce us to commander and captain. >> this is commander and this is captain they are 1-year-old fox hound mixes we rescued them from a local shelter. >> how did they end up at the shelter. >> their previous owners gave them up because they just did not have the time for them and they had gotten them as puppies and they kept growing and realized they were just more than they could handle. which unfortunately happens offer often times people get puppies and don't understand the history of the breed they

kept growing and ended up in the local shelter where they ended up calling pet connect rescue and we came in and evaluated them. i think that is true when we first get these little puppies they are so cute and then we realize they grow up and develop personalities some can be calm others rowdy a good reminder for the holidays they don't make good gifts. >> that's right never give a pet as a gift for a family member it needs to be a family decision everyone should be in on it. >> it is a lot of work. >> i am a mom of four dogs. it is a lot of work. >> it is a lot of work. >> tell us about the fox hound breed what are they like? >> they are energetic love to play but love to have their quiet time too the key is you have to make sure they have their play time we currently have them at a place where it is doggy day care so they get plenty of play time and socialization these guys are good with other dogs they have

talented producers, in the music business, my friend mike city, mr. mario wynans. the list goes on. as i mentioned you in the out set there, most artists, don't take the kind of break that you took, obviously you had tragedy strike your family can you tell us about your brother and what happened. >> first of all i have to thank the previous project, so much better for actually putting me in this place to be here with conquer but in 2004 my family was stricken with an or deal my oldest brother was shot and murdered and you know, i had a little experience watching other people deal with the process of grief and for some reason, people would be hit with certain things and i would see them back at work the next week and i never really understood that and it would always cause problems for them

later on. so, you know it was definitely a process that i had to go through, and i had to learn how to love the music business again you know i never fell out of love with music but the actual business itself, i felt i needed a breather, it is very important to me, that i can look at myself in the mirror every day and like what i see, so i really needed to be able to do that. >> and you actually, -- i think in -- i read somewhere you went on this journey of recovery,. >> yeah, you know i traveled a bit, me and my friends joke about it all the time, you know i became a couch crasher, you know, i went over to europe and kind of hung out with friends and you know, i sought refuge and you know, in just being away being away from it all and you know, it really did me good
