will help folks who make these resolutions stick to them and achieve that goal, particularly to lose weight what are other rules. >> i am going to focus on weight loss the first one i mentioned, stick to, very convey and tell your friends, automate the food you eat, don't reinvent the wheel every day have the same breakfast, same snacks have them by your side all the time, fourth rule never be hungry the key is make sure, your blood is co- operating with you, have snacks all day long six significant portions of food every day don't need a lot of food but enough to keep hormones at bay and finally, love the things you are doing. if you don't love the food you will not stay on the program, find foods you love real food, whole food that come out of the ground. stick to that program it will work for you long term. >> your transformation nation is going on i guess that can
