fact, as crazy as this may sound they have been in negotiations about rejoining forces, al qaeda and the taliban in afghanistan against nato they have been meeting and discussing as i hear it leaders of the taliban, have been at each other's throats but this is the case they are actually still there, still viable and until the last fee is out of the dish they will always be viable. the real problem is facing the lone wolf deriving inspiration from this and using that here in the u.s. we have seen a lot of those efforts this warted is it easier to stop the lone wolf do they make more mistakes than an organized entity? >> well, they make less mistakes, i suppose, because it is a less complicated

books that say you know what you shouldn't be using your cell phone i have seen people get into automobile accidents they were taking a look at their phone and walking across the street way too many times i have seen people taking a look at their cell phone you should be focussing on what is going on around you instead of the virtual world. >> for people who do themselves feel like maybe i am a little too connected, or maybe i am not sure, if i am or not what are recommendations that you have. >> definitely set boundaries for example as i said earlier make sure for example the dinner table you don't have your cell phone right there also if you are out with your kids, at the playground do not utilize your cell phone while actually -- >> i see that all the time supposed to be watching your kid on the playground. >> exactly. live life to the fullest watch your children enjoy it. >> and i guess some of this advice would stand for parents trying to manage their children, and in terms of their involvement with social media as well. >> exactly, as far as that

goes, make sure your kids, they are connected if they do have a cell phone or facebook account make sure it is in moderation, that is key. people have told me they utilized this technology and stepped away from it all they had to deal with too many instances of interaction with fans and once they have stepped away they have gotten their life back because they realize it is better to live like today and not everything that goes on in the virtual world. >> you have had dealings with athletes you have been involved in in terms of providing services to. you find that with some of them. you say be mindful of your response time to social media messages. >> for example someone sends you a status update, see a status update someone sends you a direct message on twitter you don't always have to respond back right away some times it is best if you thing about your response before you give it because it is not always the best thing to d give an off the cuff response. think before you post thing
