a massive protest planned for later today, it could be the biggest occupy protest yet. >> organizers hope activists from around the nation will descend on the nations capital today. fox 5s. stacey cohan is live with more on today's events good morning stacey. >> well, good morning it is a rainy, busy day out here on capital hill and about to get even busier of course congress is back in session the house reconvenes today why the occupy movement has decided this would be a good day to come out and let folks now how they feel government is perhaps in their view not functioning well. according to occupy dc website they will arrive 9:00 a.m. this morning on the west lawn of the capital they will gather and dispurse to various congressional offices. there is a break for lunch, 2:00 p.m. this afternoon, a big rally and protest will start and include
