photos, and a lot of details from the medical cam inner, william -- medical examiner william gormly who explained injuries to yeardly love's body there was a lot of detail about bruises found all over her body on her legs, chest, on her thighs, there was also testimony about damage to her carotid artery and hemorrhaging there and hemorrhaging to the back right side of her brain and a cut to her lip and just to the inside of her mouth and a swollen eye there were two parts to that testimony allison very interesting one the medical examiner said the injuries to her face were indicative of a smothering although she did not die of asphyxia, the other part that was interesting the medical examiner said there was no injury to her nose, george hughly said from the very beginning including in his interview with police the
