you know what we are talking about today is the use of aroma therapy it has been used for centuries, you know, people know lavender and geranium and lemon grass and there is a lot of oil that evoke special moods and things like that, you know and when you get out of after a long day in the garden it is a little bit of -- time for me time what i want to talk about today is things like natural gels like this particular gel is olive, oil and green tea fabulous gel really nice and cleaning, there is another one here laugh endive and hemp oil -- lavender and hemp oil this one you can get at whole foods this is a very clear gel, has no artificial ingredients, wonderful and then what about soap, you know when you thing about soaps like this particular soap here, it is a gelatin soap so it is not going to be any of those harmful build ups that soaps will have. >> very clear. >> a lot of the farmers markets
