>> you will like this report in this mornings health alert the more frequently you eat chocolate the lower your body mass index may be. participants in a study ate chocolate an average of twice a week and exercised three to four times a week that is key. researchers found those who ate chocolate more frequently had a lower bmi than those who ate it less often it is found to have a positive effect on blood pressure, insulin sensitivity and cholesterol. weight loss surgery may be able to treat and cure diabetes, two new studies found it helped patients achieve normal blood sugar levels and most patients were able to go off at least some of their diabetes medication before leaving the hospital the operation should be offered

sooner to people with diabetes not just as a last resort. >> big announcement in baltimore this morning in less than an hour doctors at university of maryland medical center are expected to talk more about a full face transplant recently performed at the hospital the 36 hour long procedure is the most extensive to date, the recipient is 37 years old and the surgery could not have happened were it not for an organ donor. the hospital says the organs from that donor saved five other lives as well. the more often you stand up the long you are you may have to live adults who sat for 11 or more hours a day had a 40% increased risk of dying in the next 3 years, compared to those who sat fewer than 4 hours a day. results held true even after taking into account people's weight, health status and amount of physical activity. going to be a nice one

well, welcome to the buzz bin singer bobby brown in trouble with the law again police if california arrested him late sunday night for driving drunk. officers pulled brown over after he was spotted using a cell phone while he was driving. investigators say he failed a sobriety test he was released from jail yesterday afternoon, brown of course is the ex- husband of the late whitney houston. well, a couple folks in texas are threatening to sue justin bieber over a prank, the pop star randomly tweeted a phone number earlier in month with the caption call me right now but the number did not include the final digit but hordes of teen girls guessed what it might be and a man and older woman in texas have been getting nonstop phone calls they want bieber to pay for his wreckless behaviour. well, that is is interesting. >> you would figure girls would just go through -- keep dialing until they got an active number. >> kind of wreckless. >> not good.

church like many of us did and has some real questions about somethings that go on, with some of the people who rise to power, in the churches, can you relate to that aspect of this movie? >> i can actually relate to it but i don't think it is exclusive to the church as i said it can be set any where, in corporate america, within the school system, it just happens to be in this film, set in the church and i can definitely relate to people trying to rise to position of power people being corrupted by their own leadership, wanting to be in these position and not understanding they actually can't handle them i actually play a characters who i play lcs wife isaiah's characterses wife who develops an eating disorder as a result of not being able to handle pressures of being a first lady in a mega church. >> some of these themes are not new themes but something always

a controversy particularly in the black community where we revere the black churches and some times when people raise questions they get concerned do you see this as controversial. >> absolutely that is why i did it, hoping it would be controversial in a way much like do the right thing was controversial, we are still wondering why mooky through the garbage can through the window i remember the dialogue and shock of seeing what was happening in our community and obviously there is a lot of headlines in our church and our community, and our leadership as african american men and women we all have to be held accountable for it. >> this is something i read some of your interviews as well you want it to be controversial this is what you are doing now if you are going to work on a project correct me if i am saying this incorrectly, you want it to be something that will make people think.

known chloe and maude since they were 4, 5 and a little older some of these kids i have watched grow up, on the stage, i have such a passion for dance, they've brought it to a new level we all learned from each other but i am doing a plug, beginning dancer because dc dance collective, at the festival, dc tap festival has beginning classes, don't let these kids intimidate anybody, they started somewhere, parents did come and take a class, we have shoes all you need is feet. >> and you even have -- there is no age limit. >> none whatsoever. >> you have a 90-year-old that comes. >> dr. harold is coming to perform and he is in his 90s and shows the full range of tap as an art form it is amazing art form with an amazing history. >> well, let's go from the student who is 90 to the student who is going to be 9. >> and three quarters.
