being charged with 2nd degree murder. fox 5s melanie alnwick is here with the latest. >> george zimmerman, will appear in front of a judge this afternoon he is being held without bond but his attorney will ask bond be set. he turned himself into authorities yesterday after finding out about that 2nd degree murder charge special prosecutor says his self- defense claim was carefully dissected before she decided to bring charges. >> that is what will be in court detail by detail, piece of evidence by piece of evidence, pack july, testimonial that is why we try cases in a courtroom. >> we have to understand and have faith in the justice system no body after all wanted trayvon martin to be prejudged as he was walking down that street i ask you not to prejudge george zimmerman and please do not prejudge the criminal justice system it is going to work we just need to let it work. his new attorney says his
