gingry good morning thanks for joining us. >> glad to be with you. >> let's talk about the small business tax cut act of 2012, tell us exactly this is you support it you are hoping to gain more support tell us exactly what this act would do. >> well, tony, it is as we cut the tax rate 20%, for small businesses probably a third of those small businesses, by the way, are women owned businesses, and it would effect 22,000 businesses across the country, those employing less than 50 people, i think it is hugely important, because these unemployment numbers i think, the numbers that are going to come out this week, go up to 390,000 claims this unemployment rate we know still is above 8% we have got to get this economy going, the democrats, and president obama,

as much as 39.6% on that money they are now investing, at the capital gains rate, so, if you multiply 15% times 6 million you come up with a heck of a lot more money than if you multiply $40,000 times 30%, so so much for warren buffet and his secretary, but this is what the president has in mind as far as saving his re-elect it ain't going to work. >> we will continue to follow what is happening on capital hill with all the various tax initiatives, thanks for joining us. >> glad to be with you. >> seven contestants left on american idol tonight one of them will sing their swan song so who will likely be saying goodbye? our idol chatter panel is here with us to weigh in plus the life and loss of entertainment legend dick clark coming up next on fox 5 pgh >> later this hour, holly is live, with the latest on the shuttle discovery, holly.
