7:37 am
campaign but i think the president will point out how many times romney has changed position that is a better argument we don't know what romney stands for and i expect that will be a major part of the president's campaign mitt romney made it very clear he wants to go back to the bush policies, of 10 years ago wants to cut back, spending for the poor wants to eliminate trying to think of the word, feel like marco rubio where is my speech, you know regulation in questions what regulation is he talking about cutting, you want to cut regulation for food safety, water and clean air, we certainly don't want to cut regulation on wall street, last time we did that we had the biggest disaster in our history, what is he talking about. >> obama care probably would be a good start. >> well, he got it from the

president but from the things i read the president's team, as they have been getting together and laying low, to some extent up until the last few weeks they seem anxious to tell that story and run on his record >> i think given what he has accomplished over his period of time, you know, we had negative job growth when he got in he turned that around. he saved the auto industry, created a lot of jobs and frankly, he passed the national health care bill, based on a republican bill, drafted by the heritage foundation. the problem, the president has had let's face it we are politicians he couldn't get anything through the senate because republicans were fill busterring everything. in my 18 years in congress i probably saw two fill busters in president obama's first year we saw -- one of the things, i should have accomplished more, yes, if i had some help.
7:40 am
>> you literally have harry reid saying nothing that comes out on the jobs front will ever get to the floor of the senate. >> it is not just the republicans that are the problem in senate, the real problem there is no leadership in the senate that is working this is a senate that for over a thousand days has not been able to pass a budget the reason why you have to pass a budget, reconciliation is tied to the budget the process by which you get real things done is through the reconciliation process and they haven't been able to get there because harry reid won't bring a budget to the floor. >> my only comment on that, would be the day after president obama gets inaugurated, mitch mcconnell, minority leader of the senate says i am going to spend the next four years making sure you will be a one term president and he has done that. >> i don't think mitch mcconnell's word has been the problem for the president. the president's problem is the back that his budgets that he

8:48 am
first online. >> we've learned 70% of buyers are online before they engage a real estate agent and that is one of the reasons we developed the iphone application, we want to give our clients and the public, the ability to use real time data, very very quickly, but also enable that with google earth technology so they can get information about the property, you are interested in, exactly where they are located and then all the comparables around them. >> show me how it works. >> this is the real estate ap we are going to the top button, finding the closest home this will pop late from the gps function and for example this is a house we are standing right here. >> in front of. 3274 p you can see how quickly this is processing this and it will immediately pull up for example all the data on the house and photos, you can flip through the photos standing outside of this house, you can bet a sense what it looks like
8:49 am
from the inside. >> the first thing you want to see. >> right this is all the data about the house itself now if you want to see all the homes around you this is 274 feet away, 420 feet away. >> as you move as you walk or maybe if you are driving and pull over in your car and refresh it will move with you. >> it does. it also will give you, the sold comparables around the property. houses that recently sold. >> all populated by mls. >> all populated by mls and gives you exact information, this is not information that we use for example, price per square foot analis this gives you real time data, real time sold data on housecondos within a certain geographic area. >> different than some of those other apes. >> and to so it is incredible.
