northern baltimore -- sister in northern baltimore now police arrested her sisters exboyfriend named michael johnson nearly a year and a half since felicia was murdered she disappeared outside her sisters apartment complex as allison said her body was found four months late inner the river, police ruled the death of the teen from north carolina, a homicide, police say michael johnson was the last person to see felicia alive, prosecutors are expected to release more information later this morning when we get an update we will get it on the air allison. >> all right thank you so much. two men who co-operated with the investigation into the 1984 murder of katherine fuller, say they lied under oath. calvin alston and harry j bennett were key witnesses, alston took the stand telling the court he was fed information by police and lied on the stand to save himself bennett said his testimony was fed to him by detectives

katherine fuller was 48 years old when she was beaten to death. former president of liberia, charles taylor, found guilty, this morning on 11 counts of war crimes and crimes against humanity the international criminal court in the netherlands spent five years on this trial said taylor orchestrated one of the most brutal campaigns in africa, gave rebels in neighboring sierra leone, weapons in exchange for blood diamonds this is the first time since the nuremberg trials, that a leader has been found guilty in international criminal court. young said he was told hiding hunter was the most important job even after edwards dropped out of the 2008 race because he was trying to be considered for vice

a missouri couple who called 911 for their dog are in trouble, their beloved great dane or doe owe was like a member to have family when the dog collapsed they panicked and called 911 for help when the ambulance arrived one crew member brought oxygen and helped load the dog into their car but they say another ambulance worker made it clear there was a problem. >> she's seen oreo and threw her hands up and said it is a dog are you kidding me. he acted like we planned all this. >> they got oreo to the clinic but it was too late the next day police delivered to the couple a summons for filing a
