the woman driving the toyota was not seriously hurt. >> two people killed after two small planes collided in mid- air over fauquier county, 4:00 p.m. yesterday afternoon. amazingly the pilot of a piper pa-28 was able to glide through a tree line and land. he walked away from the wreckage but one man in the area, said the pilot appeared to be in a state of shock. >> i jumped up and i said, oh, my gosh, a plane is crashing in our field. >> after it went past the tree line we heard what sounded like a loud gunshot and then she was like oh, my gosh i think that plane crashed >> i am glad it didn't hit no body's house and land and hurt more people. >> the other plane crashed about a mile away it caught fire and the pilot and his passenger were killed. no one on the ground was hurt the cause is under investigation. making headlines overseas,

feeling knowing you are going into the howard with chuck brown for the last time. >> you know very nervous, you know, we've dealt with the news of his passing and you know, we still haven't seen him and that is always a whole different level of emotions, he was so inspirational to me, and to the whole band and so, you know we got a lot of anxiety, you know, as we begin to go inside to give him a look. >> of course you are used towalk in together rocking the house down. can you tell me about your experience playing with chuck brown through the years. >> i have been with him the last two or three years it was an unbelievable experience. one that comes to my mind most, when we were in st. lucia so many miles away and these people for the most part had no idea what go go is or, had any experience of go go and just to see 20 or 30,000 people

standing on their seats and partying, to chuck brown is just unbelievable experience. and that is as we traveled the world that is what most of our experiences were like. >> now, of course, chuck brown just inspired everybody, he made everybody feel like family, could you tell us about the man that is correct you know, as chuck brown not the performer. >> you know, he was just unbelievable leader and mentor to me personally, you know, he would always find ways of saying a few positive things before he would give me maybe the negative thing that he would want to say like, you know, darnel you did a great job getting the people on their seats. i like the way you lined your songs up you might want to consider shortening this or that. he was always a positive guy never anything negative. >> of course we know you really through rare essence through the years like through the 80s
