constitutional that arizona law is controversial it allows police to ask anyone they pull over about their immigration status if they suspect the person is in the country illegally regardless of the offence all eyes on the supreme court as we await both of those rulings and just like health care the justices decision on immigration, will have big repercussions on the campaign trail we have our own fox 5s. bob barnard on the supreme court decision today. meanwhile new this morning a new poll finds half of americans believe both president obama and mitt romney would have the same effect on the economy regardless who wins office. that poll found people are pessimistic about the future president's influence over jobs. two thirds of americans still describe the economy as poor the same amount believes unemployment will grow worse over the next year. on the campaign trail president obama will make a

foster mom. first patty who do you have today we will talk about how brazil has been adopted but just you know with skyler being here the post adoption. >> right we want to show the other side after all the work is done. briefly brazil came to us from a rural shelter west virginia with six siblings all boys shortly afterwards they all became violently ill with parvo we lost one we pulled the other six through as she was starting to get better her foster mom realized she is good at climbing things escaping and flying and between her antics trying to dive over a gate and breaking her leg and the parvo this little girl and her siblings cost us about $30,000 but look at that face. it is worth it. >> yes and look at this little face too. lady is really good. >> mm-hmm. >> so sky, what has it been like you adopted lady from a

forever home from patty. >> yep. >> what has it been like since you brought lady home. >> really different because i used to watch tv go outside play basketball stuff like that but now it is more responsibility, got to take her out feed her make sure that she is good and make sure that she is not sick or anything. so you got to make sure that she is fine and you got to take care of something that is not yourself. >> you and yourself. >> and you learn about responsibility being a responsible dog owner what advice do you have for other kids your age. >> well, i don't want to be stereo typing or anything i don't want to be like kids don't play video games and stuff like that, like i did, but you got to make sure that you are able to care about something else instead of you also, but you got to have more responsibility you can't usually go outside, you know you can't -- you don't have that much free time any more it
