fire that has engulfed the karma academy. that is a residential treatment home for boys on watts branch parkway. we don't know how many boys were staying at the home and we have not heard of any injuries at the scene. in our other top stories now, a 3-year-old boy is dead after being run over by his father's car. this happened last night on audrey lane in oxon hill. prince george's county police say the boy was inside the car with his grandmother when the car began rolling backwards. boy's father attempted to stop the car when the boy somehow fell out of the vehicle and was hit. a two-year-old girl was also injured but is expected to be okay. a massive fire in germantown kept firefighters busy last night. it broke out on germantown road at a catering company warehouse. no reports of any injuries and still no word on what caused that fire. residents in frederick county will have a chance to gill the sheriff about the death of a man with down syndrome. ethan saylor died last month after being handcuffed by three sheriff's deputies at the west

view cinema on route 85. investigators say he became loud and belligerent when asked to leave the theater because he didn't pay for another ticket. the state medical examiner ruled the death a homicide and listed the cause as asphyxiation. no charges have been filed. the sheriff is hosting a community meeting at 7:00 tonight at crestwood middle school. in montgomery county today, a swim coach whose athletes have included olympians and world record breakers will plead guilty to child sex abuse. rick curl turned himself in back in october. former swimmer kelly curran says he fondled and kissed her when she was 13 and that it had progressed to intercourse within two years. curl also claimed olympic gold medalist katie ledecky among other stars. the sequestration cuts will kick in and have a devastating effect on the d.c. region. furloughs could happen. experts say could government contractors will continue to
