care act requires millions ofns americans to have health insurance or face fines.nes. online insurance marketplaces are now open.a they are at the heart of president barack obama's healthcare reform and areform supposed to impla ph implea sime complexities of the healthcare. people making as little as $22,000 or as much as $95,000 may help qualify for subsidies to pay for the insurance. it comes after the months of roll out.ll today it may be the most important phase.t the new exchanges allow all americans to purchase healthcare plans beginning january first. kathleen sebelius, says the average plan is $320, the act also allows young adults to hav the option of staying on their parents plan until they are 26 years old and any preexisting

it's a case of road rage, between motorcyclists and a suv it's caught on monday, and now w police are searching for the riders responsible. sarah is back with that video vi and what sparked the scary competition. there's a lot going on that video. i have seen road rage but i hav never seen anything like this.th the video was captured on one

riders camera and was it upup loaded to youtube. and earlier this morning policen made the first of what could be several arrests.sts. is the view of a helmet cam of one rider, as they rode up the hudson parkway. they drove around one of the dark colored land rover, drink by a man who had his wife and an baby on board.baby the driver identified as alexi, accidentally hit one the riders in front of his car. the rest of group stoppedopd shutting down three lanes of the roadway. as they gathered around his cara the driver apparently afraid for his life stepped on the gasga hitting and running over several riders. >> the individual in the car ca strikes one of the motorcyclists, and that
