today. for starter, the shore that wee are tracking is finally ashore in.com pacific northwest andorth that's a good thing because it allows us to sample the data above it.it. that did happen today. let me show you the storm andth then i'll show you there was a a little bit of shift.h that's what we're going to bebe tracking, the snow that you see pushing the rain into montana and down toward you that and idaho. i'd be remiss if i didn't tell you that there is a little storm out ahead of that. t that could create some snow flurries.fl we'll get back to that in a moment, but that path is going to take it to our south. we know you want to know aboutbt the storm friday night intoo saturday. so let me tell you that we arear still thinking this is going to have an high impact on the area. when does it start? it looks lo like it will either be friday afternoon or saturday.urda maybe we get schools off on

sort of a southern shift of the track we could still easily be seeing a foot of snow acrosscros much of our area and maybe in the the pink area, one to two.t. who gets less snow maybe off toward the mouth and is or eastr of the bay and still very concerned about the rain/snowai/ line. is there going to be some mixinn that comes in along the 95 corridor? yes we're putting out a number but we're wanting youwt to know as you continue to prepare for this, these numbers may change and while confidence is high, we can expect a significant storm, we willill continue to monitor any shifts because a smaller shift willft make a big difference in snow totals. with that said we hope you are preparing for saturday night and saturday. we have caitlyn roth standing by outside. i promise i'll go out next. > i think we'll both havehave plenty of chances. >> actually it won't be thisthis cold come friday into saturdayn because the other big weather story has been the bitterly coll
