right now. > we begin tonight with we breaking newses in montgomeryry county. sky fox right now is life over a house fire in the 18,000 block of aspen dale court in i germantown. as you can see right now crews e have water there on the lefther side of the home.f th it looks like it's partially collapsed. fire officials say everyone who lives in this house is out and d accounted for. at this point there is no word yet for a cause of this fire. th again, this is going on in germantown. as you can see there are a number of fire crews on the scene. there are still a number of who the spots. crews are trying to attack this from the front and the back. this front left portion has collapsed. again, the good news is everyon whiso was inside of that house o out and everyone is accounted for. we will stay on top of this and keep you updated with the latesa developments throughout the newscast. > and now to a fox5 exclusive. another de

response to an emergency in the district. thanks for joining us, i'm shawn yancy and i'm tony perkins. the victim, a man shot several e times on a southeast street. str we're told the nearest ambulanca was nearly a half hour away. fox5's marina maracco is life working this investigation in tonight. marina. >>reporter: yeah and that call into 911 came in at roughly 5:30 in the afternoon yesterday. witnesses say i was a heated he argument between two men out ini the street and thenn it quickly escalated, the victim laying ony the ground and that suspect su hovering up above with a gun gun facing at that victim and then h went rounds of gunfire. 70 police officers actually act heard those gun shots and raised to the scene. eventually, firefighters also made their way out, but sourceso tell fox5 it took nearly 300 minutes for an ambulance to make it to. they don't even have an hav ambulance close.e the hospital right up

for nearly 30 minutes a man lie on chesapeake southeast his body riddled with bullets and no an ambulance in site or even close. i was like a block party out here, that's how much people wap out here. her cellphone video shows police ani firefighters on the scene, but no ambulance to help transport t the victim. if that was the case we could have put him in the car and tooo him, that's how long it took them to come. as crews placed chest compressions they tried putting him in the back of a police wagon. he couldn't fit. finally after reportedly waitina nearly a half hour for an ambulance to transport the victim to the hospital, there th was a call to the medivac, but b the chopper landed a block away. they carried him him in one of n those gray things that you who he.he people hoisted the victim. as they walked in the helicoptee at that very mome
