firefighters returned just a a short time ago. today was a red flag day. da that means that winds were highi and humidity was low. those are ripe conditions for brush fires.ire now, thankfully no one was was injured and there was not significant property damage dam beyond a few sheds, but even so this brush fire was dangerouslyo close to one home and the owner says that it was a discarded cigarette butt that could be tot blame. it was a line of fire that came up the hill here and was coming right towards the house. today was a red flag day, that means wins were high again and humidity was low, now it was a dramatic evening for william web and his family. he says he's lived here nearly 40 years and the last brush fire was about 15 years ago, but ago nothing like this. montgomery county fire

the night trying to put this fire out. today was a red flag day. that means that winds are high and humidity is low and as you mentioned, those are ripe conditions for brush fires. thankfully, no one was hurt.t. property damage was minimal, just a few sheds were destroyed. we did speak with an owner whosr home was dangerously close to this brush fire and he tells us that a discarded cigarette butt may be to blame. all right. we spoke with will with yam webw and right now it was a dramaticç evening for william web and his family. web says that he has lived in his home nearly 40 years and the last brush fire happened 15ppen years ago.year but nothing like this. montgomery county fire and
