home in oakton, virginia.oakt you can see the smoke bill owing. this fire are the stayed on theo outside of this house and then it went into the garage and then into the attic. good thing for them no one was home at the time. the fire has now been contained. more than two dozen people do touring inside the washington monument got quite a scare this afternoon. they got stuck for a while afteh the elevator stopped working once again. fox5's teisha lewis is life at the monument grounds with more on this. teisha, what do they have toave say. >>reporter: what we can say is that this has happened several times in ease event years, the elevator malfunking at the washington monument. thankfully in this case there are no injuries to report, butut tens moments for 19 people, visitors and one park ranger. there were nearly two dozen tw people stranded at the top at the observation level when the
