jones went before the judge in her security guard uniform and her friends dressed her up in a big coat and sunglasses and a hat. we have video about 15 seconds long. long. this is francine jones as she left the courthouse just a fewca seconds ago.seco she went before the judge. the judge found probable cause for simple assault and orderednr her to stay away from thishi woman identified as ebony. ebo if you have been following thefg news you've seen interviews with ebony here in the last 24 hours. francine jones the security guard was working at the giant food over on h street, hast, has spent more than 28 hours nowou n locked up waiting to go beforeoe the judge.ge. according to a court affidavitid that's been filed in the case, it says that ebony stated thatt she first needed to go to the go restroom and that's when shes we was approached by the securityy guard.gu the security guard proceeded p to tell her that she could notco use the woman's bathroom. bhr at this time a verball altercation began between theett security guard
