kidnap the child.he we're talking about a seven yean old boy. now, this young one did what wea all advise our little ones to do. he started screaming. he was able to fight the suspect off. the suspect then took. here's what's interesting aboutt this. his mother and his father was home at the time. his dad heard the screams. he thought it was his uncle or r someone kind of playing around. it turns out it was not. take a listen. he was pulling my son through the window. my son was telling him to stop o pulling me. he thought it was his uncle playing like 3:30 this morning. he kept saying mom, tell him to stop pulling me. she is thinking it's her brother. so she runs, trying to lock himm out of the back door while all the time he in there asleep. it was the man. back out here

when investigators showed up in the 800 block of southern avenue southeast the morning of may 19f they had little to go on, no suspects, no motive until unt someone called in to say they s needed to take a hard look at a man named quincy green, a man a who walked with a limp, had a prosthesis and had been seen on the very block where he was tola not to go after his arrest. police checked camera footage from the surrounding area and i cording to a nine-page court affidavit sought the gun man who had an obvious limp. li they filed a search want and inside green's south capital c residence recovered from a boxrm in the living room, a prosthetic leg with a gps device attached,t a device records show barely moved and n a 72-hour period. very simply i was hum thankerror. cliff keen and is the director for the services area of the did it of colombia, an agency that

and the couple reportedly are ae going through a divorce at this time. but now a protective issue has been ordered after his wife went before the judge claiming she was the victim of an alleged assault that happened back onn may 25. we're going to show you a court document here. this is the actual complaintactu that in a tasha diablery filedah against peter diablery here ated district court of montgomeryou county. in it she alleges on may 25, quote, he grabbed me force limit i told him he was hurting me and to please stop as our children were present. it continued he then wrapped hii left arm around me and threw mee into a wall in the hallway. montgomery county police tell us that they were called to the couple's home at potomac maryland at 7:45 on the night ot the alleged incident. police did not charge peter diablery with any crime.

instead, in a tasha diablery went on her and filed second degree assault charges and obtained a protective order from her husband in court. a spokesman for the maryland's state's attorneys office tells us they are rearviewing the case, but so far no statee charges have been filed. montgomery county police say thy want for pete per diablery's arrest was issued on june 16 at which time they took him into custody. he was booked but later releasel him of after he posted a $3,500 bond. police were called to the homeca after the fact and based on interviews with both parties, you know, officers following department policy advised the victim -- he elected to pure ptp sue charges. at this point montgomery county police have still not charged him? h. >> we have not charged him withh anything. she went to the district courtot commissioners and obtained charges on her own.wn. now, the washington post did

this is fox5 local news at 5. 5 > prince george's county police are searching for a boy thatorao went missing in landover. this is 11 year old i say a long. he was last seen on the 8400 th block of field stone way wearina a white shirt and black jeans. e if you have seen i say a, please call police. now to the district where we are learning now details about whats happened to a seven year old boy left on his school bus duringrig yesterday's sweltering heat. we first brought you the story last night and the outrage on o social media has been overwhelming. 7 year old antonio gray inch got on the bus yesterday morning. he was headed to the d.c. publiu charter school and during the

bus ride he fell asleep. as about an hour later he woke up p alone on a bus. the bus was in a parking lot and he managed to pry open the doors and get out. o a good samaritan found him and h walked him to the school just blocks away. neither the bus driver nor the r principal reported the incident. both are in administrativetive leave. > a transformer caught fire. this happened around 9:00 this morning around the 2100 block. the fire started in the basement of the market common shopping center. the fire took about an hour to get under control. co no one was hurt, but the th incident caused nearby business and apartment billings to lose power. no word yet on when it will be i restored and when the shopping center will reopen. pros testers held an overnight piece vigil in front of the of national rival association in fairfax county.

new even rules were release byes the faa today. they cleared the use of smallmal drones for commercial purposesmc like aerial photography, businesses or utilities inspections. under current rules commercials drone users have to askask permission to a case-by-case basis. the new rules come with a list of regulations for commercialr drone users including testing and background checks for drone operators and flying lower than 400 feet in the air. after a 0 day period the newthe rules will be finalized. ocean city is giving given police officers the power toto arrest people to arrest people that would typically only draw citation. we're talking about about citations like smoking in a prohibited area.
