flash flooding it was all the a way up to the roadway level. ten feet. now, this right here, this used to be a bridge connecting the roadway and this home.home when these flash floods happeneo two homes and a car up river got swept away, carried down thishis extreme and completely knockednk over this bridge made of steel and concrete.and you can see in this video the woman who lives here she took t video of the moment that that ta bridge gave way.ay. folks today they're walking up and down this creek searching for miles of debris for any of their belongings. folks say as they go piece by piece finding what used to be the question remains of whethert or not they will return, whether or not they will rebuild. the good news is is it a federal declaration has been made for b three of the hardest hit counties that will help some folks, but the governor is hoping to add ano

counties to that declaration as well. folks here is trying to see how it is they're going to move on at this point. in west virginia, i'm garret ten i, fox news.ews. in the district a mass of traffic after an uber car and ad van collided.llid it happened around 5:00 p.m. on massachusetts avenue in northwest. the uber car flipped over durind the crash. that driver was hurt and taken to the hospital for treatment. no word yet on what caused the accident or while or not the police will file any charges. fox5 in montgomery county where geese could soon be going from the park to the dinner plate. the county says the birds arere becoming a health hazard. the plan is to kill hundreds ofd the geese and use the meet tomet feed those in need. fox5's lindsay watts is life ate one of the parks where this isis planned. lindsay. >>reporter: i've been here at martin luther king regional park in silver springs for much ofuch the day and i've
