john a third grade teacher at t grover lee elementary school was taken into custody charged withh five counts of third degree sex offense of the court documentsts filed in the case say the 49 year old inappropriately toucheh two of his students while otheri students were in the classroom. fox 5 paul wagner joins us lives from the school tonight with that story. paul. >> reporter: these allegationste came tor: light back in february after according to the court document says that the one of these students, an 11 year old, went to a personal body safety course and after taking thating course went and told a teacher what the feature was allegedlyte doing to her. she then, with those lesions they were taken to the police and the police then came to the school system they asked the school system to place the teacher on leave which they did. then they asked the school system not to make any public comments while they

new video shows the us suspect moo police say shot five people inside a district heights home. three victims decide. lindsay watts has newts h information about the case live from police headquarters, lindsay: tony, police tell me they have not p identified thisi suspect yet. yet they want to get his face out there obviously somebody knowsed who he is. i we want to show you very chilling video now. it wasil captured by a surveillance camera at the homem where the murdered happenedde friday night in forestville. you can see the suspecteduspect walking up to the house with a gun. he's accused of killing three people inside injuring two morew and then you see him walking oui of the house putting the gun away and jumping the fence. police say about a half hourur before the murders the same guy went to a near by liquor storetr and we have clearer images frome surveillance video there. police are hoping they can get this man off the street soontr after such a violent crime.
