three other counties haveount already been approved for federal aid. the heavy flooding are to blame for at least 23 deaths. hundreds of businesses and hopes were destroyed. many roads were washed away. the flooding has also affectedfc services statewide, including firefighters in hard hit clay county. that's why they are so greatful to the wheaton volunteer rescue squad. firefighters donated anan ambulance to replace one in west virginia destroyed in the flooding. our own paul wagner reports. >>reporter: this is a busy place. 12,000 times a year this happens > how did you learn that theret was a need for this ambulance? h.e? >> there was a network of e-mails that went out that indicated the suffering that west virginia was going to through and in that it was indicated
