this p happened on a green willl metro train after a teen who said he is gay refused to perform a sexual act. teisha lewis joins us life with the story. >>reporter: this story comes ahead the holiday weekend. the teenage boy was able to escape. he got onto the train just twoin stops before at the congresscong heights station, saturday in an empty seat next to the suspect. now, that suspect report edly asked this teenage boy to perform a sexual act in exchange for $10. when the teen refused and tried to get up and sit in another seat, the man then apparently grabbed his arm, pulled him down and held him in place. eventually the 17 year old was able to break free to safety. this all reportedly went down this morning between the hours of 8:00 and 8:30.: the victim says he was on his way to a summer job. he called his boss who then followed a police report.repo we're not identifying rick time

45 year old allen wake coleman is charged with first degree child secretariesual abuse.buse the case stems from events that happened about 10 years ago. he was a teacher here in d.c..c. coleman was arrested inn gainesville back in may, but has since been release by a federall court. investigators are asking theskin public to come forward if theyhy know of any illicit activity coleman may have committed while in gainesville. we're he new details about a trooper shooting that led to the death of a maryland man. police say raymond hudson of greensboro, maryland lead troopers on a trace chase after they determined he was driving a stolen pickup and was wanted for several burglaries in hudson and maryland. when he got out troopers thoughr he wasoo waiving a handgun att them. they told him to drop it. when he refused, they shot him. it turns out that hudson waswas holding a cigarette lighter that looks like a g

last day and enjoy it. every day like it's your last day because it could be. with his family by his side 70 year old joe gentleman keen oh is feeling lucky the day after he suffered a stroke. he is in town visiting family at the fourth of july and he wass working on his computer at his son's home when he started having trouble speaking.eaki luckily his family jumped into action and called 911.lled his wife credits an amazingazin response by the ems to respondsp quickly and rushing him to the hospital where two doctors removed a blockage from his neck and brain.an this is the third time in his life he's come close to death. a few years ago he survivedved cancer and then back in 1967 during the vietnam war he waswa aboard the uss for stall and he was help of that crew that helped put out a huge fire onre that ship that killed 143 men.

forecast in just about 15 minutes. the anacostia river is widelyis considered one of the most polluted rivers in the nation. t just this week the anacostiacost watershed gave it an f on the on reporter card on the river. the river should be well on its way to being swimmable by the middle of next decade thanks to a huge tunneling project now going on throughout the city. fox5's paul wagner has the story >>reporter: this is one filthy river, one of the filth yes in the nation. in it's ' report card issued this week, the anacostia watershed society gave it an f for toxic, trash and waterate runoff involve. it's nothing new.ng it has been a dumping ground for decades, but that's about toab change and in a big way. d.c. water is investing bills of dollars to build a series off tunnels around the

will take the combined sewageomi and put it in its proper place. we have a requirement to capture the sewage through this tunnel system, this orange line and l blue line. those are tunnels underneath the anacostia river and all the way down to blue plains to get thiss complete by march 23, 2018. m > the tunnels are larger than a metro tunnel and are 100 feetet underground. at this site on the banks of the anacostia near rfk stadium a huge boring mache nicknamed nanny has already made it to the 11th street bridge and on its way to another tunnel alreadyy completed. go ahead lie down. as nanny moves along, the clay she's digging is place odd a conveyor belt which is then deposited at a bottom of the shaft which is

a giant crane and eventually removed from the site. to the left of rfk stadium, d.c. water is building a tunnel along northwest where there's been flooding for decades. we've installed a pupil p p station on this redline or the first street tunnel and it will be acting like a large underground storage, when the storm cell passes, it will filll up the tunnel and then we'll pump into the existing system. according to d.c. water, 2 bill gallons of combined or rawin storageed flows into the river more than 80 times a year. by the time the project is completed in the next decade it should be reduced to two. all this work in this general area will capture sewage that's currently going to the cost yeah. we still need to billed our tunnel, but we dramatically
