with the latest. sarah, this is so disturbing. >> yeah, tony and shawn. this is ongoing investigation that will really make your stomach turn. a 42-year-old northeast d.c. woman name lorana steel is charged and arrested with first degree sexual abuse and investigators say her victims were under the age of 16 and now police tell us this all happened last month in the 3500 block of clay place northeast. two victims told investigators that steel forced them to have sexual intercourse with her and/or al sex. the investigation revealed the woman lured three victims to her home and telling him she would give them popcorn and ice cream once inside she forced them to perform sexual acts on her. we spoke with residents in that area and they're in disbelief. >> pervert. really messed up. >> what goes through your mind. >>

some sort of way inside your own community you have the right as american citizen to defend yourself. maybe i used strong language. but you know that's what it is. these events are starting to affect me and my family and friends. and if you're a black person out there or concerned american and you're not concerned about it i feel sorry for you. d.c. firefighter norman brooks wrote the post in response toalton sterling shooting. these again are his words not ours. but he joins countless people who are voicing outrage and protesting yet another polic police-involved fatal shooting on a young african-american ma man. many are taking to the streets. others on social media since that surveillance video surfaced showing controversial confronttation. brooks made his post today shortly after noon. >> i reacted since i saw the video and read what happened it was reaction to horrific event. i'm pretty sure a lot of people when
