early tomorrow and then we'll focus on the eventual path of it, because it's looking more and more likely like it will impact parts of our area by this weekend. want to talk locally. cooler and drier air moving in and bringing us rain showers this morning. cloud cover as well. and you definitely want umbrella for another hour or two. this afternoon we'll have widely scattered showers but bottom daytime highs today don't get out of the low to mid 80s. cooler weather to look forward to. all right. here's the latest with hermine. mack mum winds are up to 65 miles per hour. this is 8am update. notice it's moving now north northeast at 12 and that pressure has been falling. any time you have falling pressure you have intensifying storm that's we think it will be likely be a category one storm as it makes landfall late tonight. quickly want to talk about some possible impacts across our area and i'll focus more on that when i come back in few. it looks like the remnants would not get in here until saturday maybe the second half of saturday. with the current path which is further east then it was yesterday afternoon. perhaps just

these were university president's back in the 1800's the mid 1800's around the time the university sold 272 slaves that it had mainly working at tobacco farms in maryland that the jesuit community owned. sold those slaves in 1838 to plantations in louisiana to raise money to keep this university alive. well, this working group has made at least two big recommendations of first of all, to offer assistance to the decedents of those slaves to come here to the university. financial admissions and otherwise to come here and also to issue the university it says should issue a formal apology. now put this on the screen from the report here. the university despite the many ways this is from the working groups report -- many ways it has invested resources over the past half century to heal the wounds of racial injustice has not made such an apology a formal

over the years who say it comes down to thexe obviously coaches go from team to team. they take plays with them. so a lot of time they know the plays but it comes down who executes them best. is it a big deal or not for a playbook to be floating out in the public? good because of the time of the year and the preseason, you've got 40 plus players on your roster that are going to be released many of them who end up in other organizations. i think the contents within that book are not the same as they'll be on the wednesday before a game against pittsburgh and in the regular season. for that reason, no, i don't think it's a game changer ordeal breaker. there be there are certain things i'm sure teams would like to get their hands on but there's no question in my mind. you're installing thing for the first week of the preseason apparently from what this caller has said and this is basically a playbook with a bunch of content for the falcons game preseason week one. that is rudimentary elementary stuff you're to the getting really a whole lot deep into i don't think what you're actually going to be running in the regular season. i don't think it's anything the redskins have to worry about
