first let's find out the weather. as you head on it. sue palka got that we're in very good shape here locally, now, i will say this, a frosty start tomorrow morning, if you're going to be going to the polls early, you're going to encounter a lot of low 30's. rest of the day you're going to like this forecast. we're going to say our election day weather is a big winner and likely be a bit w the afternoon is beautiful, maxing outside tomorrow by 68, high temperatures right around 3:00, so great weather for the turn-out that everybody hopes to see around our area. i mentioned it's going to be chilly. very cold. by noon, about 60 and by 4:00, between 3:00 and 4:00, about 68. i wanted to let you know that

>> the video goes on and shows the girl kicking at the door of a police car. an officer pepper sprayed her. many are questioning the use of force by police in hagerstown. officer handcuffed and pepper sprayed her after she got into a crash on her bicycle. girl's attorney said six week later, his client is suffering and the family wants justice. >> people were alarmed and there were lots of comments about how she was repeatedly pepper sprayed in the car, flung up against the wall. later flung up against the police car. this was a girl who had a concussion from being hit by a car. she should have been treated with tlc, not harshness. they have not filed a lawsuit yet. they're looking for compensation and changes to police training

so far the amount of money they're asking for has not been set. the girl's attorney said he's waiting from hagerstown. the police have maintained the officers acted properly in this case. the police said the officers were trying to question her about a collision she had on her bike with that other vehicle. shawn? >> thank you. nearly two months dens the dc police officer shot and killed terrance sterling, today family and friends gathered to remember him. an officer sterling crashed his motorcycle into the side of the officer's cruiser. witnesses say sterling could not avoid the cruiser because it was blocking his pathway. fox 5 was first to report a grand jury has been convened to investigate the shooting. it will hear testimony from witnesses this week and next week. tributes are pouring in in memory of former u.s. attorney general janet reno. she died from complications of parkinson's at the april of 78.

developing news out of south carolina. a third body on the property of a suspected serial killer. police linked todd kohlhepp to at least seven deaths. investigators were tipped off about kohlhepp last week after they rescued ms. she told police kohlhepp killed her boyfriend. police found his body friday. over the weekend they found another on the property. the search will continue tomorrow. >> we'll be back on the property tomorrow. we might see somewhat of a scaled down effort tomorrow. the majority of the property has been checked. tomorrow may just going back over, make sure we haven't missed anything. but at this time, as we stand here tonight, we don't feel like
