"fox5" paul wagner joins us from the crime of the scene with the story. paul. >> reporter: hi, ladies, riches wanted to come back to washington after the election to get maximum expose sure or their son's case. their son was killed here at this intersection back on july 10 early in the morning walking home from a night the riches came back here today in hopes of getting that attention by putting up flyers in and around this neighborhood. seth lived up the street from here. those flyers are now advertising a $125,000 reward. joel and mary rich stood with lobbyist jack burkeman today and asked for help. there's been no breaks in the case since their son was gunned down early in the morning of july 10. a boched robbery they believe

so what happened in those two minutes, we would love to know. >> reporter: the riches who live in omaha, nebraska are here to bring attention to a $15,000, $100,000 of which is put up by lobbygist job reedman. >> it could have happened to me or my return staff or my democratic staff. i have young people working for me. often in neighborhoods. so it's something that tugs on your heart strings. >> berkman is working on producing reenactment of the crime he will pay for and hinted at the existence of footage from a private surveillance camera. one of the reasons this crime has drawn interest of conspiracy theorist is the fact that nothing was taken from rich before he was shot twice in the back but joel rich is not pieing it.

anybody who knew seth, knows that's not his personality or what he believed in. you know, he -- it just is so counter what seth believed in. and there are no facts. so how do you fend against a lie. >> reporter: now, if you have bay bridge following this case you know wiki leaks came one a reward as well, approximately $20,000. they were offering the riches say they did not include that in tir cannot verify. it and, of course, that offer from wiki leaks fueled more of these conspiracy theories. according to law enforcement sources those familiar with the investigation there is no surveillance video that is helpful in this case. and, also, we want to say there's no good hot leads at this point. so, any help that they can get is going to be helpful.
