police told me moment ago that this 52 year old woman is expected to survive.urvi initially she was in life threatening condition. her condition has been upgradedr to non life threatening. also the two teenagers who weree struck were. the 52 year old woman was initially caught and dragged for some period of period underneath the toyota highlander's carriage. all of this happened shortly after 3:00 this afternoon. it fueled a shutdown of some major roadways here in herndon and fairfax county, northbound centerville remains closed at c mack mare farms. all of this is very the very busy village center here at dulles filled with lots of shopping and lots of hoppers. now again it's still a very v active scene out here. the suv remains unscene. the driver remains unseen. the dynamics and circumstancesiu surrounding

's paul wagner live tonight witi this story. >>reporter: we learned aboutbot this arrest earlier today andody when we got the arrest warrant a affidavit and started lookingted through it, it is # # pages long, it lays out in extensive detail how police were able to identify this 18 year old who io now behind bars. they basically say after they uploaded the video youtube and it as aid by fox5 it was seen by teachers at anacostia high an school who identified the gunmam as 18 year old steve and carol who is now behind bars. just before 5:00 sunday november 13 two men looking to sell a couple of pairs of air jordans had agreed to meet on t place southeast right in front o of a home recently outfitted with surveillance cameras.veil the man in the white coat police say is 18 year old steve and carol who examines the necks before taking them

and pulling a gun out with the other. for no apparent reason he opens fire. the video so stunning it appears first the salesman has been hith in the face. according to a court affidavit he was able to push the gun away and ran as police say carol fires two more rounds missing each time. when the footage hit the air waves, the court affidavit says a witness told the police everybody is talking about thiss incident. it then goes onto say the school resource officer at anacostia high school along the principal and the dean of students all reviewed the fox5 students and identified carol and another young man.n. >> it was a shock because the perpetrator had the gun right at the vehicle time and he shot at the victim. it was a miracle that he missedd linda poles lives in the housein where the camera cap poured the shooting. she's relieved the footage has lead to an arrest. if morree neighbors get cameras.
