compound the issues for morning commute. especially monday morning, trust me. right now here's what we see on stormtracker radar. slight showers moving across. look how they're moving north and northwest. not unheard of around here but filling in along a very, very strong area of low pressure south of us. check out where the next batch of rain is coming up from. let's get light stuff now and then another batch moving up from north carolina that gets here obviously late tonight and it will be us with through early morning hours too. so expect no doubt tomorrow morning's commute will be compromised due to rain. there's big thunderstorms down to the deep south tonight and a lot of severe weather continues and extends all the what way to florida where severe weather has been like three night in a row dominant through the deep south. what about the weather forecast in terms of overnight tonight and tomorrow. we'll definitely see rain. look at radarnd

together here. rain at 1 a.m. still a possibility of more showers. 8 . definitely wet commute. it looks like as we start getting into the latter part of morning, 10:00, 11:00 or so rain heavier and that heavier rain will stay with us through most of the morning. well rest of the morning and here's lunchtime. so 12:00, moderate rain showers moving through. there could be a rumble of thunder tomorrow down through parts of southern maryland and i don't think we have to worry about that here. we're hoping than is no guarantee it looks like a lot of this rain heaviest of it will get out of here for evening commute. but i think they'll be showers around even in the beginning to me and makes that show as well. tomorrow morning will be messy. little extra time if you can and another cup of coffee before you leave the house and that makes you happy as well. the morning commute will last until 9:30, 10:00 something like that.

confronted them. one of the robbers shot and killed that man and another shopper in the mall was carrying a concealed weapon and shot the gunman. and meanwhile as the second robber got away, he shot two people as he was leaving. and two other people suffered injuries but they were not shot. >> absolutely senseless. absolutely senseless this is second time a good samaritan was killed trying to intervene in a crime to help the victim. >> the one gunman shot is in critical condition. police are now searching for the second attacker. >> and two people are dead after a horrible crash in loudoun country and sheriff office says 'car traveling nearly 100 miles an hour slammed into a tree and caught fire in arcolaner sterling and the driver lived and the passenger did not survive. road. the driver veered off and slammed into this tree. you can see there are pieces of the car scattered all here. both the car and tree wept up in flames. deputy on the team was able to rescue the driver of the vehicle and not the two passengers inside. sheriff's office says the flames were too intense. >> before the fire and wreckage here on ever green mills road a loudoun county sheriff deputy spotted speeding car and says the driver plowed through a relate when he tried to stop him and investigate towards say the car was going 90 and traveled lease than a mile and half before crashing into a tree and the deputy saved live of drive david brown of ashburn. brown's two passengers died in the burning car. they have got been identified yet. >> there was a fire truck and police all over the place. >> reporter: neighbor robin it erski got a look at the aftermath. >> it looked like you could put on a key chain the

tomorrow, it looks like late in the afternoon, hopefully it will shut off by evening commute time and i don't think it will shut off completely to be perfectly honest with you. temperatures now 50. pretty much steady temperatures i think that will be the deal overnight tonight with temperatures upper to mid 40s. there's a couple spots a little colder and there's winchester there at 43. and in terms of visibilities not as bad as what we were seeing last night and i wanted to show you it's compromised in some places and this is not enough to be a low enough with the visibility that they need to think about a dense fog advisory. i don't think that will happen with the showers coming in. we moneyed it, wet morning commute tomorrow morning. so you know what to do if there's anything you can do. get up and get it going earlier or maybe stay home later and take a kind of mid-morning commute if you can possibly do that. wind advisory has been issued as well this starts tomorrow morning, 5 a.m. includes the district and most of the metro area now extreme western neighborhoods not included and nd

"fox5" alexandra limon has more on the historic weekend in d.c. >> reporter: it's a different story now, yesterday, hundred of people stood in line at the shady grove metro station in fact, the system over he all was so crowded they put out a statement saying they were seeing eight times as many riders as normal saturday. >> standing shoulder to shoulder on packed escalators people arrived early saturday morning for the women's march on washington. crowds filled the trains and platforms and also spilled into the street and parking lots outside of metro stations all around
