>> reporter: let me tell fairfax county have not updated us on h inside this house on windy hill lane. they're saying there were multiple bodies found inside the house. now, we were listening back to the ems call, the initial call for help here to the house they sent what's called a b l s response or basic life support response which a and ambulance an fire engine and the call said it was for a female on the floor inside the house unresponsive. let me show you video we shot earlier. fairfax county police say they got the initial call about 12:34 this afternoon. when they arrived, they found the bodies inside the house. they say there is no threat to the public. that it's not random, but it is suspicious at this point. but they're not saying anything about the circumstances as far as what may have happened inside this house, these are

i should say these are multi-million dollar homes on one acre weclain station, fairf state police, the station, which is off of 123. neighbors across the street from the house say they didn't know the family. they kept to themselves, they didn't know anything about them. other neighbors told us they believe the family that lives here have school age children, one may be elementary school a, one may be high school age. this district includes the mcc l a i n high school district as well as langley. at this point, fairfax county police still holding on to the exact number of bodies they have inside the house. let's listen now to what the fairfax county spokesperson told the media about an hour and a half, two hours ago. >> family member

>> i am all about making sure that washingtonians have a fair and affordable housing a a good paying job. the summer job program provides six weeks of employment, and training. virginia state senate is once again backing a bill that would ban the box, the vote was 22-17 today. it would remove questions about criminal history from job applications. the senate passed a similar measure in 2015 but the house voted it down. governor jerry mcauiliffe signed an executive order to ban. you may wonder why the legislature is taking it up again, his executive order could go away. lawmakers are trying to band the box permanent.

leonardtown and fredericksburg but temperatures have been in the lower 40's, when you factor in the wind, 15, 20 miles per hour, here's what it feels like the windchill values in some cases this evening mid 20's, feels like 27, gaithersburg, 28 baltimore, here in towns feels like lower 30's. pretty much where it has been. it's going to be chilly, breezy on through the evening, 38 at 7:00. that will feel like it's in upper 20's. pretty much the same for 9:00. actually, the wind stays up so the temperature doesn't drop off all that much but again still feels uncomfortable out there with the windchill factor and main and especially once the sun goes down, everybody will feel like they're in the 20's. weekend forecast coming up. there's still a little bit of snow in the forecst. we'll talk about that coming up. not for the weekend necessarily. no big deal, don't panic, get too excited. i'm be up in a little bit with that.

jailpi woman on 7th street. he has previously been convicted 20 times for sexual assaultly women in the city. cars were damaged after a fire broke out in a parking garage at westville montgomery mall. at least two cars were total while the others had smoke and heat damage. the fire started just before 8:00 last night when a car ignited spreading flames to other cars. the fire is estimated to have harmed about $75,000 in damages. in maryland man is charged with an attempting to sell fake gold to an off-duty police officer in buoy, 33-year-old told an off-duty police officer he lost his credit card and offered to settle officer gold in exchange for cash. the officer new of an ongoing investigio

scam and took him no custody. if you know of similar call police. we have details in the murder of dc yoga teacher and actor trish mccauley. you're going to remember she was last seen in contact with her friend christmas day. she said he was on her way to a christmas dinner but never showed up. dwayne johnson was arrested after mccauley's car was found and her body was inside. johnson was nearby with the key to her car and her credit card. he claims caller killed herself but prosecutors charged him with first-degree murder. saying she was strangled and sexual assaulted. fox 5 mat ackland is live with more on today's hear. >> reporter: the judge found probable cause and refused to let dwayne johnson out of jail. we did learn some new information today in the case the lawyer defending mr. johnson tried to paint a picture that his client was mentally ill.

and even told judge, anything mr. johnson said should not be taken seriously of he was referring to conversations with police after he was found near mccauley's car and body. also, the defense attorney brought up a witness who came forward and said he rode in the car with mr. johnson, defense claiming that witness had a previous charge of sexual assault. but later, the judge said that that charge was from 19 years ago. and that it was never prosecuted at the end, the judge said that it wasn't -- he wasn't finding probable cause simply because of johnson's statements. he was referring to other evidence that mccauley was found murdered, her -- she was concealed in at back seat of the car, clothing torn, you'll remember her legs had been tied together with a seatbelt. remember, johnson was found near the car with her credit cards, with her card. remember when he talked to police, he said that the sex that he had with mccauley was

consensual and also that she killed herself. he claimed that she hung herself in the car, but prosecutors aren't buying that. the judge once again not allowing him out. he set the next hearing early april. live matt ackland fox 5 local news. developing in the district, investigators are looking into a deadly fire in northeast. the fire broke out yesterday morning at a bill in the 1100 block of queen street, a 65-year-old man was found dead in his apartment. his body was found after crews searched the building a third time. an autopsy is currently underway and dc police say they're conducting a death investigation >> police need your help finding a kidnapping suspect. a suspect forced a victim into a car and drove away on the 3400 block of o street in northwest. police say the suspect made several attempts to force the victim

they were arrested wednesday and they're accused of driving a stolen u-haul truck carrying seven pitbulls in inhumane conditions, dogs stacked in crates and some injured. animal control took the dogs to an animal she would where they're currently in stable condition. the search continues for a missing red panda, but authorities believe the animal probably hasn't left grounds of the norfolk zoo. search dogs haven't begin any indication, he was last seen monday and reported missing tuesday morning. panda breeding center in china are celebrating the lou narrow new year with baby panda cubs. this is video from a research base that breeds pandas. they will remain on display for entire week long holiday, i'm sure they will get lots of views. they're among 20 born there since last year. all
