the district's defendant d behavioral health is finally responding tonight afterioral we uncovered the case worker wo responsible for a security breach as has an extensive criminal background including two felony counts for grand larceny. the case worker underwent a background check, but admits there were flaws. tonight's admission came a month after the case worker at inter family services in southeast e-mailed confidential patientoni files to a stranger on facebook. fox5's teisha lewis broke the story and joins us now with an n update. >>reporter: before we get towe the latest information on that background check let's bring you all up to speed on this storytor we'll been following for weeks now, back on january 17 collegeo student brianna jenkinsenk contacted fox5 after she s received a dozen case files. fi jenkins received the file on friday, the 13th after af responding to a job ad on facebook. the files included names sociall seri

they the patients were unaware of the breach until we told to them. one had accounts in his name an tickets to a car he doesn't on. we con fronted the mayor lastayo night who told us an update would be coming from the f behavioral health director. that finally happened tonightd after we reaired our story at 5:00. now, it turns out, according toc the director, la tan yeah voter passed a background check because it was only performed in d.c. the crimes vote rear committedrr were in virginia. now, apparently contractors for the district are only instructed to perform background checks on prospective employees but there's no policy in place about who performs the background check or how exhaustive. that could change.ld we also asked why the district continued to do business withwih inter city. >> any time a provider closes, whether it's their choice or c something happens, a fire or something, we have to ensure to that there's a save transition r of

brewery company in ashland,and, virginia.ia founder knew he was onto something on father's day 2016. we had 20 people that show up. we had to close up because we ran out of beer.. we had to slowly transition into a different passage product which are now cans. kelly says he and his business partner started brewing in 2011 and the brory is known for their new england style ipa. everyone who it was in line forn our ipa at this point we brew what people want and what we like to drink. that's our main thing, we brew what we like to drink.k. fans started lining up at 11:455 for a 3:00 p.m. release of their most popular style.. we're going to get in line forr the stuff every day of the week. another fan in line sunk the praises of the industry as a whole. northern virginia agents some o the newest cutting technology as far as brewing goes. followers are willing to travel across country and
