threatening injuries. they are expected toreaten surv. police of course will be talking with them as well. we're not sure exactly whatt led up to this, but certainlyiny shots fired on eastbound 50. and the hyattsville, prince p george's county police will bei at the investigation here,wi but there is also maryland state police, on the scene, and some of the local jurisdictions, as well, and then prince george'sne county fire and ems transporting those victims to the hospital. police have been canvassing looking for shell casings along height way there, and also k9 units out looking for evidence, and people blockedcked off right now if you're tryingg to travel eastbound route 50, heading out of the city, going to be diverted onto 295. these folks that are sort of stuck here have been holding pattern waiting to talk with police, and waiting an as theyhe collect evidence from the area. itt evid ise not clear how far stretch along the highway shots were being fired for. so could be ongoing for some time. definitely want to avoid this area.

right, today i spoke with the mother of thator teenagete heras was murdered. she told myself role things. first, she told me, she does not believe that her daughter was a member of the gang whicha is also known as ms13. instead, she thinks she was friends with some of thosese gang members, and perhaps even dated a member of ms13. she also says she believes that that violent salvador gang is responsible for her daughter's murder, and was was most alarming, is that she tells me they are now threatening her life. >> the mother of the teenagers said she feels bad she couldn't hen her daughter when she needed her her most. police say 15 year old damaris from gaithersburg, abducted then killed.then her body was found in a wooded area of springfield, two month after she went missing. >> fairfax county police chief said this about her murder.

information on the immigration status of the adult suspects on social media. so right now what can you telll us about that? >> reporter: what i can tellhat you is that i've obtained've information from ice that they have large retainers on all all four. adults who are implicated ind in some way in the murder of that 15 year old gaithersburg teenager. what that means is that they are either in the united states illegally or that they have a violated the terms of their legal status here in the united states. all four adults have ice retainers now. thank you.ou.alex, new tonight: two pregnantat women who were told they didn't have the zika virus are now learning they tested positive. and they may not be the only ones. this comes after an internal review at the dc department of forensic sciences found issues with lab testing for zika between july and december of last year. so far,

have been re-tested. fox5's matt ackland broke this live on twitter for us and joins us live for the latestt on this, matt? >> reporter: got to be a lot of uneasy peopler: g tonight. the reason why there are still 347 samples that need to be retested.rete they're being retested at outside labs, and we're told t that it will take three, fourur weeks. now, here is what we know at this point. as soon as this so-called technical error was discovered by an internal review, back on december 14th, all samples dating back to july 14th wereul sent out for testing. sixty-two results are back so far. two samples, that tested negative, before, came back positive.. as we said, still nor than 300 samples still being tested by outside labs.bs and there is a chance more who tested negative could be positive.

is asking: what went wrong here? >> what was discovered was a technical formulation and calculation error that i discovered after i got here in the lab. that, all of those errors, have been rectified, and we're working very diligently to get the tests back on line, working very close with the cdc to get the tests back on line. >> a little more information now. 409 samples in total had to be retested. of those samples, 294 of them were of pregnant women. w so you might be asking: what about these two pregnant womenmn who thought that their test results were negative and now they're positive? what happened tothey them? at this point we just don't know. dc officials say they won't release that information tomati us.us they won't even let us know if those women have had their babies. they said that what they did

medical provider, and then the medical provider contacted the patient. once again, we are told thatd it is going to take another three to four weeks for these test to come back l it comes it to the women, the pregnant p women being tested, those samples were sent to the cdc for those tests to basicallyally be looked at once again. sarah? >> hey, matt, now i know you through some dates out there a t bit ago about july 14, and december 14th. so what about the people that tested beforeout th july 14th? and after december 14th?14th should they be concerned here? >> reporter: well, they shouldn't according to theeporte officials, the reason whyrdin before the july date, they were being tested by the cdc. this department here took over that test date in july and tested all the way untilntil december. so, in december, when they discovered that problem, that's when they stopped testing here, and they used outside labs. so, if
