conscious and breathing, but it's the not clear what led to the shooting or if police are looking for any suspects. > us attorney general jeff sessions recused himself today from any investigation of the trump campaign's ties to russia during the 2016 presidential election. i have now decided to recuse myself from any existing or future investigation of anyf matter relating in any way to the campaign for president of the united states. i have followed the right procedure just as i promised the committee i would. his recusal follows reports he met with russia's ambassador to the us twice during the campaign but sessions failed to disclose those meetings when he testified under oath during his senate confirmation hearing. the russian ambassador apparently sent a staffer to my office. i did not see. not and as

complex in on oxon hill. tonight police are still lookinl for suspect and a moment. anjali hemphill is live at the scene tonight. what happened. >>reporter: shawn, we stille don't know that at this point the shing took place inside this apartment complex right nearbyay this playground that i'm told was filled with children at thee time, a neighbor even rushed out to render aid to that teenager but he died a at a nearby hospital. this is video from the scenehe earlier this afternoon. police say it happened just before 3:00, a very busy time for people to be out and about at the south view apartment complex off of i ever sonso street. a neighbor tells me she saw the victim walking home from schoolm with ae group of other teenages when suddenly she heard gunrd g shots. this neighbor also happens to be a medical assistant so she came up to the group to try and help. she noticed the teen was unresponsive with a bullet woun to his body. once i heard the two gun shots iran outside my apartment and i noticed the v
