year. and rodriguez's bus route includes rockville, new port middle and albert einstein hospital. through the course of their investigation it was learned that on three separate occasions rodriguez had inappropriate sexual contact with one victim while she was a passenger on the school bus and then detectives say that on another occasion rodriguez had appropriate -- inappropriate sexual contact a second victim while a passenger on the school bus. rock view's principal september home this letter to parents, calling the charges disturbing and unacceptable. and she says rodriguez's behavior does not affect the district and will not be tolerated and the principal also says counselors and psychologists willing con pam pus monday. here's what parents had to say. >> it's hard todd trust the adults you know when your children are in their possession you know? when things are happening? >> it's alarming and you don't want anything like this

chilling. rights now it's already coming down and 333, d.c., 28 frederick and 6 hagerstown this hour and 8 martinsburg and same winchester and culpeper and 32 for stevensville and 35 annapolis and 30 baltimore and the next thing well that's wind. very gusty winds and cold winds that are pushing in from the northwest. and they will continue to be very brisk tonight the same story for tomorrow. and so as a result of that, we are speaking about wind chills. it's going to feel a le lot colder than it is air temperature-wise and once we get to the overnight lows tonight and tomorrow we're headed to the 20s and even in some areas we'll see single digits. so, wind chills are really going to be a factor to make things very, very cold out there and it really is going to feel like we're actually in winter. and so putting it altogether for you then, 27 for overnight low and northwesterly winds gusting at 30 miles an hour and tomorrow don't be fooled by the sunshine. it's going to be chilly. back to you.

>> we're back with a look at tonight's top story. >> a school bus driver in montgomery country is under arrest for having inappropriate contact with two female students. salvatore rodriguez is accused of having inappropriate contact with one on three occasions and with another student and all happened on the school bus. rodriguez is on current administrative levin including several charges including sex abuse of a minor. two teens died in this car crash in waldorf of.

chills then as well. not a very warm day ahead. and right now it's 30 degrees at dulles and 28 frederick and only 28 winchester and cumberland and 27 culpeper and 3 at red ricksburg and that's the same at d.c. and 30 baltimore. and so as we take a look ahead of what you can expect well it's going to be temperatures at least some ten below seasonal as we get into tomorrow and warming up a bit on sunday and don't be fooled by the sunshine. strong winds give you significant wind chills and very, very cold bitter nights with temperatures in the 20s. that's the same story for tonight. we warm up on monday with a few clouds rolling in and then we have a frontal system that heads our way. and that frontal system will be responsible for much needed rainfall on tuesday. we go from the 40s on monday to 40 f flirting with 70 degree range by the time we get to tuesday and then we head back to the 60s all over again by the end of the week we're back to the 50s and mid 50s to be exact and mainly with partly cloudy skies and we
