officers initially spotted thetd man in a neighborhood breakinggo into a car and then a home. police say the man drove towards an apartment complex near the mall. officers stopped him at thehe complex, but he took objectionut to the form he ran into he an ep movie theater at the paul and hid in the ceiling. officers negotiated with the man for several hours before he finally gave p up. > he is unharmed. he is being taken to a hospital for an evaluation and then we will be placing charges againsts him for a series of propertypert crimes. > one officer suffered minorr injuries during the initialinit confrontation with the suspect, but no one else was hurt. police say they had the man under surveillance forve committing a number of burglaries and officers got him in the act which eventually lead to his arrest. > two days after a security guard was murder at potomact p mills mall the suspect is behind bars. police arrested jamal kingsburyu in the district this afternoon. they say kingsbury got
