cell carriers. what we know so far they acknowledged the issue to "fox5" a little bit ago. they're working it out and no timetable locally the district, alexandria, 911 and charles country 911 are setting up emergency backup numbers. you can see is them on the screen no, i d.c. backup 202-337-3700 and alexandria 703-746-4444 and charles county this coming in 301-609-3499 if you live in any of those areas put those numbers in your phone now. we don't know how long the outage will last. nonetheless keep that in mind. only use those numbers if you live in the district, alexandria county or charles country. we reached out to other 911 centers and we're told of montgomery ape fairfax they have not seen the issue so far. if this sounds familiar to you this is not the first time it happened. sprint customers had a similar

issue in the district in 2015. we'll keep you posted and hopefully you won't need throat numbers this evening. but they're up and running. tony. we have a follow up to a story you saw last night on "fox5". d.c. mayor muriel bowser is facing concerns about questionable campaign contributions from her 2014 mayoral campaign. "fox5" marina marraco is live at the office of campaign finance in northwest, marina. >> tony, just yesterday government watchdog public citizens submit aid formal complaint here at the office of campaign finance aling that mayor bowser 2014 mayoral campaign still on the contribution site reported having 30,000 in what appeared to be illegal contributions. today mayor bowser chief of staff sent "fox5" a letter from the office of campaign finance certifying that the mayoral campaign of 2015 was properly terminated and the reports and

substantial compliance with d.c. official code. that letter was sent back to the mayor's office a year an a half after the campaign closed in early 2015. now, ocf has not said what took so long to terminate the campaign. but i want to play back some sound of mien documenter with mayor bowser yesterday regarding the allegations of these illegal contributions, take a listen. >> my treasure responded. >> can you respond to that. >> the treasurer has responded and we've been awd dited by ocf they can answer any additional questions you may have. >> you heard her tell me her campaign was completely audited. thats with a quote by ocf. today ocf saying that is not exactly true. ocf only completed what is known as a periodic audit from october 11, 2013 through december 10, 2013 and in that audit of only roughly two

campaign ocf found a number of irregularities including more than $6,000 that went unreported. other money that was not negotiated through the bank and nearly 7,000 of expenditures in which proper documentation was not provided. over the course of 2014, the campaign eventually submitted the corresponding documents to ocf. tonight ocf would not say why a broader audit was not conducted of mayor becauseer mayoral campaign of 2014 but more importantly the agency now has ten days to respond to that complaint and answer bid questions among them why thousands of dollars remain on that contribution list that appear to be illegal and also, answer why the agency gave the campaign the green light to terminate the campaign when still more than 30,000 of what appeared to be illegal
