lawmakers this morning. take it or leave it. >> president trump is taking hard line stance on this saying that he is through negotiates. through, done with that for republican leaders in congress it just doesn't look like the votes are there right now. but this vote is happening either way. drama under the dome. president trump pushing for a vote today on the repeal recent place many of obama care. republican leaders scrambling to find the votes. >> for seven and a half years, we have been promising the american people that we will repeal and replace this broken law because it's collapsing and it's failing families and tomorrow we're proceeding. >> you have the vote. >> do you have the votes? the question house speaker paul ryan wouldn't answer as he walked away because at this point he may not know. conservative republicans still unhappy with the plan they think just replaces obama care with a new entitlement program. moderates upset at cuts to specific programs including medicaid. and the white house making it clear the president is done through n

executive order for construction of the keystone and dakota access pipelines. keystone pipeline would bring more than 800,000 barrels of oil a day from canada to the united states. now to story that fox5 has been following for months. the high number of teenagers missing in the district. today they'll be another chance for police to address on-going concerns about these numerous cases. the new commander of the department's youth and family services division is hosting a facebook live town hall meeting. one likely topic of discussion will be whether increased social media awareness about the missing teens is causing unnecessary panic in the commune community. it follows meet hemoglobin sparked high emotions among concerned residents. you can catch today's discussion on mayor bowser's facebook page at 1:00 o'clock this afternoon. >> to maryland now and breaking details on horrific shooting inside of a waldorf home. police now say a teenager who was shot at the home has died. two others including a toddler were also killed.

with the latest. >> reporter: good morning and sarah charles county sheriffs office just giving us that information a little while ago, yes, that the 17-year-old who was rushed to the hospital last night along with her mother did not survive. it was about 8:00 o'clock last night when charles county sheriff's detectives received many, many phone calls about the sound of gunshots here at the townhouse, and they went inside, and they found this first of all they found a man inside who was deceased. they continue to search this townhouse here. they found a young toddler, three or four years old, also deceased. and then the two women, the teenaged girl and the adult which we can is the wife of the man were also suffering from multiple gunshot wounds officers also said that they located a gun next to

called this a domestic incident or said it appears to be a domestic incident. now, we did speak to neighbors here one who's daughter goes to school with the 17-year-old who the daughter herself was frightened yesterday at the sound of gunshots. now hearing what has happened with those gunshots they're just trying to make sense of it all. >> i tell my kids to live every day to the fullest because you're not promised tomorrow. some people don't understand why they do the things that they do. >> reporter: and we also were able to reach some of co-workers of the woman who was fighting for her life now. we have no idea, no way to know if she is aware that her two daughters did not survive and her what we believe to be her husband either. but those co-worker said that she always appeared happy, never any signs of trouble back at

sanchez millan and 17-year-old jose montana they were both due to have deportation hearings and never happened. earlier this morning our bob barnard spoke with the defense attorney for sanchez millan who addressed the illegal immigration topic and the claims that the sex was consensual. mr. sanchez is presumed innocent, number two he'll plead innocent and we're hopeful jury yours will find him innocent. i can't go anything -- i can't go anything he told me but frankly his position is going to be that this was a preplanned consensual non-forcible encounter. >> reporter: with two teenagers in a boy's bathroom in the middle of the school day? >> that's correct. i mean there is evidence that will come out later, i believe, that this was a planned encounter with this young lady at least one of these gentleme. >> reporter: when we had your statement on our news yesterday morning, i heard from several people saying, well, a 14-year-old girl can't grant

consent, have consensual sex. >> certainly. >> reporter: how do you answer to that? >> that's everybody's first reaction but in maryland, in order to have statutory rape where consent is not a defense, the victim needs to be four years younger by the day from the perpetrator and in this case, the victim is three years and eight months younger than my client so it's not statutory rape and that's why the police didn't charge this as statutory rape. >> reporter: also this is reignited the whole immigration debate. your client in this country illegally, correct? >> well he was stopped at the border and he was detained by ice and he was detained for 12 days but then ice made the discretionary decision to simply let him go and then they put him on plane in texas and his father had to pay for the ticket and his father picked em hup at bwi airport and he's been country with the full awareness of ice for the last since september of this year. >> reporter: has no hearing, his status is just kind of open ended and is that the case like could this young man had he not gotten into trouble who knows how this thing

could have been here going to school, working illegally in the country and going along scott free? >> there's been so many people that have come through the border that are underage in the last year. so what happened immigration just doesn't have the resources to deal with all of these people coming in. so what they do, they detain they will, investigate them and find out if there's gang affiliation, fine out if there's any record in their home country or any record here in the united states or any family members that are dangerous or things like that, and if there's 91 generally they release them and say you must appear in court court for the next court date. it used to be four months out. but now with the delays it appears to be from five months to a year out. essentially he will be getting notice from ice. there will be a court date. we will represent him there and we are going to aggressively assert a claim of asylum for this young man because he was fleeing gang violence and gang threats in his hometown. >> no matter what the out come of a possible trial advocates of strong immigration reform say both accused should be deported any way since they crossed the border illegal

so in composition you have to be more artistic. the best thing you can do pretty much for example find a flower and you have your camera like this. and instead of just taking pictures standing, take pictures like this actually walk around. step on your left, step on your right. get closer and you can do it very close up, too. so that will be number two. number three, will be the close-up pictures. foreclose-up pictures you can actually -- i understand sometimes you can get blurred pictures close ups. actually find a branch where you can stand -- put your hands on a branch,. >> okay. >> don't touch the blossoms. >> don't touch the blossoms. hold your hasn'ts on the branch and then take pictures. that means you can use your branch as a tripod and you can take pictures while doing it this way
