to the districts when a man is dead after stabbed in north east. investigators have been inside this capitol hill home to find evident what led to the fatal stabbing. the victim is adult mail. we spoke to wess earlier today they did not want to go on camera. earlier this morning they heard a loud argument inside this home which is just around c and 6 street here in northeast. and then they say they saw a mana adult man walking outside this home. one of those witnesses was transported down to homicide branch where he spoke with detectives. he was later returned back to the the scene here and we're still waiting for word from d.c. police as to who this victim is. in the mean time, however, neighbors hearsay they
