avenue in southeast when a man approached and forced her into his truck. he drove her to for the dupont park where he attempted to severally assault her. the man managed to escape. they're asking anyone with information to give them 'call. >> also in southeast authorities are investigating after assault and fire in southeast. it happened this afternoon on halle terrace. police on the scene say two signaturesers got in a fight and one ended up with minor injury and second sister who reportedly had a knife was inside her apartment. and first responders soon realized the apartment was on fire. >> firefighters arrived additional units arrived to assist, and with the support of metropolitan police, we gaindz access to the apartment and found the individual inside that burning apartment, and we got that individual out to safety. >> reporter: police say that woman was arrested and how who the fire started is under investigation. police in howard document county are s

five ticks behind sunday morning, hopefully you guys, humidity sticks around and leads the weather headlines as we go to the forecast into tomorrow. let's take a look at temperatures, mild. normal high this time of year is low 70's and now close to 11:00 p.m. we're in the upper 70's, 78 in washington. 71 in annapolis, 75 in baltimore, 73 in westminster and 79 at dulles. 52 binghamton, 52 pittsburgh, 50's and 40's showing up towards chicago where it's been a raw, rainy cold day. big storm system bringing rain from not just chicago but st. louis to the central plains, snow moving out and the storm system will bring snow to some places that really are not accustomed to seeing

no snow for us. satellite and radar showing a quiet night. we never saw showers materialize and we'll probably have to wait until about monday for the storm system to show up. we're going to begin clock right now, you can see the line of showers and thunderstorms. bringing severe weather to places like be national scattered showers possible by monday and storms likely by monday. something to monitor as the front comes through monday. for tomorrow, still in the warm sector, pretty sticky and mild, temperatures in the 80's and 90's. a bit of a gradient over our area, in washington, maybe not into the 90's, still warm. and off towards the north and east. temperatures cooler in the 70s and baltimore 60's once you get to the delmarva. 64 in annapolis, and here's what i was talking about the white

screenings, i was invited to. it did screen to certain markets across the country, but not washington. i went and saw it on thursday evening. and it's very bad unfortunately. this is from the director of the spectacular now, here's the thing, you have all these amazing things lined up. great director, tech spectacular great movie, tom hanks, emma watson, great cast, author, dave ed gars. unfortunately, the film ends up being frustratingly bad. and the concept is great. all these things going in, you have emma watson who joins a tech company and finds out that the tech company is basically trying to take away everyone's privacy, it's the idea of oversharing ourselves on social media and getting rid of our private lives and sharing everything we do to everybody in the world. and she kind of goes against at one point, so i thought emm

watson was kind of wooden in the movie. her character, i didn't emote with her, i didn't think she played the character with enough emotion in my opinion, i did love bill paxton, final film, great in the movie, tom hanks great. karen gill inis great. you have all these things that are great and concept-wise, then you have a horrible script. script is horrendously bad. unfortunately bad at times sloppy, feels choppy. my wife looked at me and said this is like a bad episode of black mirror. that's a show on netflix that focuses on similar topics kind of ruining our lives. it's three seasons so far. i recommend watching that. that is some of the best television you will see just a warning, the first episode the national anthem very disturbing. i gave the circle a
